4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Free cancellation is available up to the number of days specified in your booking confirmation before the scheduled arrival date.

  • Cancellations made after this period, or in case of no-show, may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay or as stated in your booking terms.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: until 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must treat the property, its contents, and surroundings with respect and care.

  • Any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay must be reported immediately and may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

  • Casa do Tostão is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in advance.
